The hotel is clean, providing spacious and spotless rooms. The staff is amazingly nice and accommodating. The location is magnificent, within walking distance to almost everything. The food is lovely and the service is excellent.

I stayed here during the trip and loved it. The hotel was in a favourable location near the flight path for the aircraft's, and Josephine Falls, Babinda Boulder Mossman Gorge, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation. It also was from the centre of Cairns.

The apartment I stayed in was big size with great views. The location was great and efficient in a lovely area, so close to coffee shop, the centre of the city and the flight path depending on which way the wind is.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the center of town. This made it convenient for exploring and accessing all the attractions in the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and the balcony, added to the overall quality of my experience. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great bonus. It was truly a home away from home.

Well priced rooms with a lounge, a dining area, and climate control, great beds. Good-sized bathroom with bathtubs; attentive and very very helpful staff.

fantastic service, though a few employees were not very friendly. i was offered a room with awesome views to gardens. it included an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shared bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and various local attractions.

These factors were minor, and overall, we had a positive experience during our weekend stay.

I had an excellent stay at Tropic Towers Apartments in Cairns. The apartment I stayed in was one of the best designed apartments I have ever been in. It had everything I needed, from a full kitchen and decent-sized fridge to a washing machine and dryer. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially after a long day exploring. The apartment also had a bath, shower, TV, and a lovely balcony. The location was great, although some road noise might bother light sleepers. I was very impressed with the apartment.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as not being able to swivel the TV and some road noise, they were not significant enough to greatly impact my overall experience.

We spent our New Year at this apartment hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in outside of reception hours. The facilities were well-maintained with a lovely swimming pool and spa. We loved having a secure car park and being close to amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few negatives. We were only provided with one towel each, and had to go through reception to access the pool.

Tropic Towers was an amazing value for money! The room was clean, crisp, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and made us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety would make it even better.
